Why I am Running
First, I truly enjoy it and am passionate about wetlands, often joking that I literally protect
wetlands day and night. My qualifications and decades of experience are maximized as
a volunteer in my hometown on the Inland Wetlands Board. Finding high-quality wetlands
professionals willing to serve their community is already a difficult task, as they are not
easy to find. As a result, I wish to continue providing solid leadership while supplying
technical and fair perspectives by executing my duties on this Board.

Priorities If Elected
- Continue to provide expertise in the field of inland wetland ecology and Regulations;
- Continue to provide leadership as Vice Chairman and a senior Board member;
- Maintain fair review of applications for Regulated Activities;
- Continue to support and foster collaborative efforts with all Board members and
applicants;
- Continue to promote and encourage smart development practices that avoid and
minimize adverse impacts to wetlands and watercourses by finding the balance between
the applicant’s requests, Regulations, the natural resources, and the public.
