What office are you running for?

What are the main issues facing the Board of Education?

Ridgefield Police Commision

Keeping Ridgefield safe is my top priority. While Ridgefield is still one of the safest communities in the United States, it has also seen an uptick in calls for domestic violence, mental health and drugs. When addressing safety, we need to focus not only on crime reduction but also on crime prevention.

Why are you the right candidate for the Board of Education this year?

Bob’s extensive business background focused on finance and development, combined with his municipal experience, means he is uniquely qualified to better understand the multifaceted needs of both our Police Officers and Firefighters, as well as the complexities and risks in building a facility of this size and scope.

What do you hope to accomplish if elected?

It is critical to support law enforcement with the necessary training, tools and resources to help them do their jobs. Both the Ridgefield Police and Fire Departments are operating out of inadequate and antiquated facilities. I am committed to changing this. Ridgefield taxpayers will soon vote to approve funding for a new Public Safety facility which will provide our First Responders with the facilities they need to effectively protect our Town.
