Sean Archambault
Zoning Board of Appeals
My family moved to town in 1960 and other than a few years living elsewhere, I have been here ever since. Both my wife and I went through the Ridgefield school system, as did our two children. We are currently homeowners in town, and as it turns out on the same street where we first lived when we arrived in Ridgefield some 60 years ago.
Over the years I have worked for a half dozen small businesses in town, and explored more than a few occupations and entrepreneurial adventures, before starting and running my own insurance business from home. I have worked with people from all walks of life and feel one of my primary skill sets is the ability to communicate well with people of many different backgrounds.

Zoning Board of Appeals
The ZBA is responsible for assessing whether the zoning rules have been applied correctly and fairly when there is an objection by a constituent. The board should have the reputation of consistency and balance, so that every landowner knows that he/she will get an impartial review of their situation.
Now that two generations of the Archambault family have enjoyed a quality education from our schools and the amenities and wonderful quality of life our town offers, I hope I can stay engaged and offer my long history in town to being an integral part of the ZBA and its mission of applying the town’s zoning laws consistently and equitably.
